CONCRETE PATCH KITS IN COLD WEATHER – How Repair Concrete in cold temperatures

Concrete is by far the most common building material in the world today.  Concrete as we know is used due its strength and long useful life.  We also know concrete tends to crack.  What if your concrete that is used in colder temperatures (freezers/coolers) cracks what will you select to help you get back to business?

We at Tuff Industrial Products develop high-performance concrete patch/repair kits for all temperatures.  These kits are designed to be used by in-house maintenance personnel, there would be no need to hire a contractor.

Our Tuff Patch UF #606 is a concrete repair kit than can be applied in temperatures as low as 20 degrees F.  It is self-priming and will allow fork-truck traffic in approximately 20-25 minutes.

Additionally for smaller repairs such as cracks (this seems to happen as coolers and freezers are brought up to temperature for cleaning, then returned to there useful temperature) we designed #620 Tuff Patch Turbo.  This product will also allow heavy traffic and be cured in approximately 20 minutes.

The area(s) to be repaired should have all loose concrete removed, and wire brushed, then vacuumed.  This will give both products a much greater chance of successful adhesion.

These Tuff Industrial products use resin-based products, and DO NOT contain any water.
